I do not know if elitism is involved in this but I would really want to ask :

is this sort of stuff applies only for political bloggers? (does it benefit those who blog about themselves and pop culture stuffs? )

and even if it is for ALL bloggers, to what extend does it help us? (or only apply to a few individuals? )
